Patrick is an experienced estimator in the construction industry. In 2015, he started out as a superintendent in the field, he was directly involved in starting, maintaining, and completing jobs in the field. Following that, he moved into estimating in which he conducts plan reviews, project estimates, and provides construction alternates to help save money or better construct the project.
His areas of expertise include: construction operations dealing with proposed estimates for budgets or costs; working with subs and suppliers for competitive and accurate pricing, and maintaining those relationship for future projects; and finding new work to bid on through business development and common search engines. He is skilled in a diverse array of software that allows construction projects to be quantified, bid and managed. He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that have allowed him to build strong relationships with clients, developers, peers and vendors in the industry.
Patrick’s over 10 years of experience has shown a systematic and well-organized approach with attention to detail, particularly those of different municipalities and their varying construction needs. He has over 20+ years of experience across many industries in leadership, planning, and implementing projects for various organizations. At a previous employer, he was responsible for securing the largest contract bid and completed in their history.

Spencer has almost twenty years of experience in the site development and civil construction industry. Starting as a Junior Estimator, he has organically developed his knowledge, relationships and skills throughout his career advancement. His capacity to understand and accurately cost/price development scopes earned him a promotion to Senior Estimator within his first two years. Within four years, he moved to become an Assistant Project Manager, and was elevated to a Senior Project Manager by his fifth year.
As a founding member of his previous employer, he served initially in the role of Senior Project Manager, managing 100% of all projects for the first seven years. He was integral in growing the company from $6MM in revenue in year one, to over $40MM in revenue upon his departure, eventually becoming VP of Operations as the company’s employment grew from 20 persons to over 120.
A natural people-person, Spencer has a passion for initiating and cultivating meaningful relationships, both personal and professional. Those relationships have proved valuable in securing projects with clients, as well as maintaining competitive pricing with vendors.
Spencer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Business and Institutional Management, with minors in Architecture and Spanish.

Beginning as a helper, he has advanced through the ranks to gain experience as a pipe layer, light & heavy operator, earthwork and utility foreman, field superintendent and general superintendent.
He is a portrait of the American dream, working and studying for years to finally earn his citizenship in 2019. His positive attitude, humility, tireless work ethic, and respect for all people have garnered him one of the highest reputations in the industry among his peers, clients and vendors. Despite the respect he has earned among coworkers and competition alike, he continues to acknowledge his faith and family as the most important things in his life.

Brian brings 30+ years of experience serving in senior management positions at First Community Bancshares and Ham, Langston & Brezina, and as Chief Financial Officer for Approved Money Center, which grew from a start-up to 35 locations and an outstanding loan balance of $5 million during Brian’s tenure with the company. Brian served as the Controller for a regional site preparation construction company the past 2+ years, improving and streamlining their accounting department, while gaining valuable knowledge in the construction industry.
Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and a Master's Degree (MBA) in General Studies, Banking and Financial Support Services.
